AlterNET UI 1.0 – First Public Release
We’re excited to announce the first public release of AlterNET UI — a major milestone that marks the completion of nearly five years of focused development.
This release represents the transition from beta builds to a stable, production-ready UI framework. Along the way, countless improvements, fixes, and refinements were made based on usage across desktop and cross-platform environments.
Main improvements
StdTreeView and VirtualListBox now support multiple columns, enabling more complex data presentation scenarios.
The UI generator now embeds UI XML content directly into the generated C#. This change significantly reduces form loading time, especially in larger applications.
Multiple control enhancements, including improved borders, tooltips, and behavior on mobile devices.
Various bug fixes and performance optimizations across the framework.
